Bob Gleason has been a committed river runner for his adult life.  He learned to kayak while in college in the mid 70s.  After receiving an MBA in finance, he spent his career operating ski boot oriented ski shops in the winter, guiding raft trips in the summer, and squeezing as many private river trips in as possible.  He owned and operated the BootDoctors ski shops in Telluride, Co and Taos, NM from 1986 until 2017.  He was a guide for Adventure Bound on the Green and Yampa rivers, Far Flung Adventures on the Rio Grande, Chama, and Arkansas rivers, and operated Further Adventures on the San Miguel river. Bob Joined the board in 2019.
